SUGGESTIONS FOR USING BRAVO YOGURT
Use 4 fl. oz. (1/2 cup) serving daily first thing in the morning or at the end of a meal rich in vegetables or leafy greens (fiber) or before going to bed. After consuming Bravo Yogurt, do not eat or drink anything for one hour. This amount is intended for adults. Daily dose for children has to be adjusted according to their weight; i.e. 50 to 100 lbs. = ½ dose or 25 to 50 lbs. would be ¼ dose, etc.
With every spoonful, it is best to swish around in your mouth for 30-60 seconds and then gargle before swallowing.
While consuming Bravo Yogurt, do not consume artificial sweeteners. Artificial sweeteners kill the friendly good bacteria and microorganisms.
For better results, combine these ingredients for a super food shake formula:
4 fl. oz. of Bravo Probiotic Yogurt
3-4 oz. of filtered water or organic coconut water or organic coconut milk or organic almond milk or organic rice milk or organic hemp milk (do not use soy milk of any kind)
Optional: add 3 or 4 ice cubes
Blend up to 2 minutes, starting and stopping every 20 seconds. This creates a froth to assist absorbtion more efficiently. It is best to swish this shake around in your mouth for 30-60 seconds and then gargle before swallowing.

Nothing else to buy: neither yogurt maker or other special kitchen tools, nor colostrum (which is included in the BRAVO Easy Kit).
The preparation of BRAVO is very simple and it takes only few minutes of work then, 24 hours later, you will have your product ready to drink. Simply mixing the powders (included in the kit) in one liter of milk you will have, 24 hours later, your BRAVO ready to drink, enough for one week.

INSTRUCTIONS STEP BY STEP
Keep all preparation utensils and materials separate from other household items (for example you could keep them in a clean plastic tub) and use them only for preparing BRAVO. Do not eat or cooking while preparing BRAVO. Utensils necessary for the preparation ofBRAVO can be washed in a regular dishwasher.
Besides the powders provided with the kit, to prepare one batch of BRAVO, you need 1 liter of cow’s MILK.
It is preferable to use whole, high quality, pasteurized milk (for its high content in proteins). Homogenized or non-homogenized milk can be used.
Raw milk can be used since it has to be boiled anyway.
Avoid using, if possible, Ultra Pasteurized (UHT) milk since the high temperature used to sterilize it completely breaks most of the milk proteins.
Avoid milk with added preservatives, hormones or other chemical substances. In some countries (USA) milk is regularly added with vitamin A (6% daily values), vitamin D (25% daily values) and calcium (30% daily values) and it can be used with no problems to prepareBRAVO. Do not use extra added vitamins A and D milk.
Do not use rice, soy, almond, or lactose-free milk.
Goat’s milk can be used if the same guidelines are followed. In line of principle, any mammal’s milk may be used.
Please remember that changing the source and the kind of the milk the thickness and the taste of the final product can vary.
Before starting, be sure to wash your hands. During the preparation use clean paper towels and NOT textile towels for drying and discard them after use. Be sure all work surfaces and utensils are clean.
– Boil 1 liter of milk, stirring well continuously to keep from sticking to bottom of pot until it boils. Milk boils when it blows up to the rim of the pot. Remove the pot from heat immediately. Do not over boiling the milk.

– Cool the milk to room temperature (68-86°F) without stirring it (simply leave it at room temperature). Remove the thick layer off top and discard it (it is mainly composed by caseins). When the milk is warm transfer it into the glass bowl.
– Gently add 1 bottle of Powder Mix and 1 bag of Starter and stir thoroughly with a tablespoon until all the clumps have been completely dissolved. Make sure that no clumps are remaining (a simple way to dissolve clumps is to add the powders to a small amount of milk, mix very well, and only when all the clumps have been dissolved, add the rest of the milk).
– Loosely cover the bowl with aluminum foil so that air can pass over the fermenting milk while it is covered.
– Set the bowl aside in a draft-free spot where it will not be disturbed and temperature will remain constant. Do not mix or move it. BRAVO will ferment in 24-48 hours depending on the room temperature. You can check, 24 hours later from the beginning, if the thickness ofBRAVO is correct; if you are not sure about its thickness, you can remove a little part of the surface (near the rim) by a tablespoon. If BRAVO is not thick as expected, wait up to 24 additional hours until it is thick enough (it can stay at room temperature for maximum 48 hours). You can check from time to time but without stirring it; the process of stirring will stop the fermentation process.
– Once BRAVO has reached the appropriate thickness, mix it well using a tablespoon. If clumps are present, strain it using the metal strainer. Please see the related video.
– Split the BRAVO into single daily doses using glass jars with lid.
– Store BRAVO into the refrigerator.

What about -Dairy-Free, Lactose & Casein Intolerance?
Some people choose dairy free for either ethical reasons, Bravo is only suitable for mammalian milk. Several people may have casein or lactose intolerance.
During the long fermentation process, part of the lactose has been “eaten” and metabolized by the microorganisms present in Bravo Yohurt, so there should only be a low amount of lactose at the end.
We recommend using Gold top or Jersey milk, which is A2 Casein, however, most of the caseins are denaturated during the step of boiling the milk at the beginning of the procedure and are then skimmed off after cooling.
Therefore it can be concluded that all the scientific evidence points to the fact that in milk that has been boiled and then subjected to a long fermentation, there are no active caseins and only a tiny amount of lactose.
However, in some specific cases of high sensitivity, the presence of low amount of milk components is sufficient to lead to gut inflammation, Bravo Suppositories completely skip this potential problem.

- For a 75Kg adult: Mix 20-25ml of Bravo drink with 20-25ml of saline solution for use as an enema. Try to retain as long as possible. This can be used every day if no side effects.

- To make homemade suppository, mix 3 TBSP of yogurt and 3 TBSP of coconut oil. (The coconut oil should be like soft butter.) From this mixture, form twelve 1” inch rolls. Refrigerate to harden. Use every night before bed. Simply insert it – it will stay inside and repopulate the colon with beneficial probiotics.
What is Rerum?
Rerum is a food supplement, comprising chondroitin sulphate, oleic acid, vitamin D2 and D3. The main attributes which have published information in their own right. And its effective surface area is 1000 times that of Goleic. It is a very clever replication of a molecule found in nature but it is not derived from blood.
It is easy enough to obtain all three of these ingredients and take them individually.

What is GcMAF?
All healthy humans make a protein called GcMAF (Gc Protein-derived Macrophage Activating Factor), which occurs naturally in our bodies as a function of the immune system. GcMAF activates and instructs macrophages (Greek for big eaters), a type of white blood cell found in the body and function as our defense system (our immunity). Their role is to seek out, attack and destroy (phagocytize) foreign substances and invaders such as infectious microbes, viruses, and a number of diseases such as cancer cells. They also stimulate other immune cells (lympocytes) to fight to harmful disease-causing pathogens.
What is Nagalase?
Viruses and cancer cells secrete an enzyme called Nagalase that stops your body making GcMAF.
Nagalase (Alpha-N-acetylgalactosaminidase), is an enzyme that is secreted by cancer cells to breakdown the extracellular matrix during tumor invasion. In addition, it is an intrinsic part of the envelope protein of certain viruses and is also secreted by cells infected with a virus. Nagalase deactivates the Gc protein which, once bound to vitamin D3, is converted to a major macrophage activating factor (MAF). By disabling MAF, nagalase prevents macrophage activation for destroying and ingesting (phagocytosis) harmful invaders and antigen presentation, leading to suppression of the immune system.
