Goods will usually be despatched within 1 working days by Royal Mail or its agents, but please allow 3 to 5 working days for delivery. If you do not receive your order after 5 days, please contact us. If you do not receive you chilled goods order within 3 working days, please contact us. Goods sent by special delivery require a signature on receipt and the driver will return the product to the postal centre if this is not possible. Please ensure you use a shipping address where there is someone present to accept the delivery. Due to the chilled nature of some of our products we cannot be responsible for the goods once they are in the hands of the courier, or the ability of the purchaser to be present to receive the goods, please consider this prior to placing an order.
Local charges including import taxes, customs, and local delivery charges may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Cancellations can only be made before your order has been dispatched, please contact us ASAP but before 9.00 hours on the day of despatch by phone (01242 539 377). We will contact you within 5 working days to process the refund.
